The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program provides a unique opportunity for seasoned professionals to empower the next generation of African women leaders. As a mentor, you will guide early-career mentees in building critical skills, setting actionable goals, and navigating their career paths with confidence. Over the course of three months, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping their journeys through regular mentorship sessions, skill-building projects, and meaningful interactions.

Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience in any industry, also not limited to STEM, business, public health, social impact & entrepreneurship Senior professionals, academics, & entrepreneurs with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Should be committed to guiding, advising, and supporting, willing to share knowledge, insights & experience

Must be available to commit at least 2-3 hours per week for mentorship activities.

Must have effective communication skills to guide & support mentees. Should be open to providing constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive manner.

The mentorship program is virtual, allowing professionals from any part of the world to apply, as long as they have relevant experience to contribute.

First-time mentors are welcome! We provide resources and guidance to help mentors navigate their role effectively.

The mentorship program runs from July to October, with flexibility for mentors to structure their sessions based on mutual availability with mentees. In special cases, exceptional mentors may be onboarded on a rolling basis, depending on program needs.
