Must have at least three (3) years of professional experience in any industry, also not limited to STEM, business, public health, social impact & entrepreneurship Senior professionals, academics, & entrepreneurs with extensive experience are highly encouraged to apply.

Should be committed to guiding, advising, and supporting, willing to share knowledge, insights & experience

Must be available to commit at least 2-3 hours per week for mentorship activities.

Must have effective communication skills to guide & support mentees. Should be open to providing constructive feedback and guidance in a supportive manner.

The mentorship program is virtual, allowing professionals from any part of the world to apply, as long as they have relevant experience to contribute.

First-time mentors are welcome! We provide resources and guidance to help mentors navigate their role effectively.
