About the Program

The inspire Her Afrika Mentorship program is a 4-month (July-october) program with a one month bootcamp, designed to connect early-career African women with experienced mentors. This program aims to provide guidance, and a platform for skill development, fostering a community of growth and empowerment.

The best part is the mentorship pairs—each mentee gets a mentor. It's like having a friend who has been there, done that, and is ready to help you.

Who Should Apply

Must be a National of any African country

Must have at least an undergraduate degree

Have 0-3 years working experience

Must be between 18 - 29 years

Commitment

Willingness to commit at least 4 hours per week for a period of 4 months to engage in meaningful mentorship activities

The Inspire Her Afrika Mentorship Program is a transformative initiative designed to empower early-career women (0-3 years of work experience) with key skills and mentorship opportunities to excel in their careers. it comprises two phases: a Bootcamp phase and a Main Mentorship phase.
The Bootcamp phase runs for one month, after which successful participants transition to the Main Mentorship phase for 3 months. The detailed timeline for the mentorship phase will be communicated to participants.
We welcome professionals with at least 3 years in their fields who are passionate about empowering others and guiding early-career women.
No this program is exclusively designed for early-career African women to African women to address their challenges and opportunities.
Mentors are paired with mentees based on compatibility, shared goals, and areas of expertise. We strive to create impactful and meaningful matches.
No specific academic or professional requirements are necessary. Welcome women from all educational and professional backgrounds.
Mentors receive program guidelines, templates, and access to program coordinators for ongoing support throughout the mentoring phase.
